Exercise is sometimes already hard to get in on a daily basis… it’s harder while you’re traveling. But, I always try to get a little bit of exercise in on my travels.

The best way in my opinion is to WALK! It also saves a ton of money on transportation… I literally walk almost everywhere I can while I travel. On some days I have walked over 10 miles a day!
Another great way to stay fit while traveling is to use resistance bands. They’re easy to pack! Super lightweight but really work out those muscles. You can use them for both a great leg and arm workout!
This is one that I recommend! I have used other resistance bands, and they unfortunately ripped over time. These are super durable and also really cute!
I also love renting bikes and biking all over the city. But it also depends on what city you’re in. Many cities in Europe have bikes all around the city and most people who live there bike regularly. Great way to explore the city as well!
